return and exchange policy

This Return and Exchange Policy describes our policy on products purchased directly through us and from dirtmagic.co.za (the “Site”).

OVERVIEW

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Due to the nature of this product, damages and defected goods can occur from time to time. We will only replace items that are damaged or defective upon receipt of your order. To be eligible for a replacement, your item/s must be unused and in the same original shrink-wrapped packaging that you received it in.

Upon receiving delivery of the goods, if damaged or defective, kindly make contact with Dirt Magic within a period not exceeding 72 hours from date of delivery. We would ask that you kindly forward us photographs of the damaged goods to info@dirtmagic.co.za. The photographs will be reviewed. If we feel that the item/s were damaged due to neglect in transit, we will happily replace them for you.
